Changing up my meals

So I read online somewhere that having 1-2 eggs in the morning for breakfast is supposed to fill you up and keep you feeling fuller longer.  This morning I am going to test out that theory.  I at 2 eggs with a little milk in them for breakfast, realistically it was like 1.5 because of course I had to share with my 5 year old ;)

I made come soup yesterday to help prepare my lunches for this week.  I also went grocery shopping and bought all healthy foods.  My soup is full of great protein and fiber, I am pairing it with a non fate pumpkin pie yogurt from yoplait.   I do not know what I will be having for dinner yet.  This one may be the hardest for me as I get home late.

The thing that I believe I will struggle with the most especially during this time is that I love to bake.  It is one of my favorite things to do.  I will still bake, but I will be giving away my goodies this time.   I know this first week is going to be a struggle for me with changing my eating habits, but I know I can do it. I have a determination that is going to last this time, I know it!
